Sunrise Park Resort is Arizona’s Premier Recreation Destination, offering Arizona’s only lift-served downhill mountain biking, Arizona’s longest tandem zip-line, a rock-climbing wall, horseback riding, scenic lift rides, lake fishing, camping, and more! In the winter, Sunrise is Arizona’s largest ski resort, offering skiing, snowboarding, ski bikes, and lessons for all ages.Sunrise Park Resort is located on and is owned and operated by the White Mountain Apache Tribe. The White Mountain Apache home is unique, it starts at about 2,600’ above sea level on the southwest side and ranges all the way up to 11,400’ on the peak of Mt. Baldy on its northeast border. Sunrise Park Resort consists of 3 different peaks. Our Apache Peak stretches all the way up to 11,100’ with Sunrise and Cyclone close behind at 10,700’. The White Mountain Apache Tribe is also known for its world class hunting and is one of the best places in the world to find Trophy Elk, Drawing in hunters from all over the world to get a chance at a world class Trophy Bull Elk.
While at the mountain bike park enjoy lift serviced downhill mountain biking for all levels and abilities. Sunrise has raw, steep, gnarly and technical terrain for those not too faint of heart along with blue and green trails to suit those riders with less experience or that are simply not as crazy. Dedicated to improving and expanding the park, 4 new trails were freshly built during the summer 2022. Including a new green flow trail from the top of Sunrise that links up with lower mountain greens to create an unparalleled experience down the mountain featuring a fun flowy trail and amazing views. What will prove to be a unique and sought-after Dual Slalom course, a Jump Line and a black diamond technical trail called World Cup that has quickly become a favorite amongst our expert level riders

Sunrise Park Resort has a campground, limited RV spots and participants can camp in the parking lot as well (designated spots only). RV spots only have electric hookups and cost $35 per vehicle per night and the campground (dry) is $15 per vehicle per night. Camping in the parking lot will be first come first served and cost $10 per vehicle per night, dry camping only. No Campfires.
